It is amazing how much he loves to care for his puppies. They have been his lovies for a long time, but only in the past few months has he wanted to care for him. When Sarah got a tub for her babies, he needed a tub for his puppies. Actually, before she got her tub, he was using all our big bowls to give his puppies baths. So the tub was a good thing. And now his puppy is seen half the time sporting a diaper. And the stroller. Oh my....how he loves to put puppy in Sarah's double stroller and take puppy for a walk. And now the baby carrier. Oh boy, every day, he puts puppy in the carrier, covers him up, and takes him to "the Christening." And he uses Sarah's baby backpack to carry Puppy around while Sarah puts Skywishes in Skywishes' backpack carrier. Then off they go to the Christening together. They have played "off to the Christening" every day since Baby Katie's Christening. And the bottles. He is always feeding baby puppy.
Today I heard him telling Sarah that she was puppy's grandmother and she needed to watch puppy. And he is puppy's daddy. I am puppy's great-grandmother. Today he told me "I am puppy's daddy b/c I was there when Puppy was born."
He drools over the American Girl doll catalog. He wants a swing, a highchair, a bed, and a bouncey seat for puppy. Ugh! He has no idea that he already has too many toys. And now the problem is - every one of these toys that we buy for Sarah, we need to buy 2 - one for Sarah & one for Justin. Way too expensive.
But it is good to encourage your child to be a good parent.
Oh, and puppy had a boo boo today. Puppy had fallen and had a butt crack. No lie. He showed it to me. LMAO
