Sarah amazes me. She is learning so much it is crazy.
By 2 she recognized her name.
By 2 1/2 she could spell her name.
Now, at 3 1/2 she
writes her name
knows all her letters - and most of the lower case ones too
can count at least to 25
knows the sounds of every letter
can write a lot of letters
can spell: sarah, justin, mom, daddy, dad, cat, dog
knows her phone number
knows her address most of the time
This is crazy insane compared to the pace Justin learned at. Justin was not interested in these things at all. But, when he started learning them, Sarah learned right along with him.
And she doesn't even need to know most of this in school yet. Some of this is stuff Justin didn't learn until kindergarten. And in school they taught her to use scissors with one hand. Amazing!

I know! I just posted something similar on my blog the other day. Ciara knows all her numbers, letters, shapes and colors and can spell her name. The boys were nowhere near this when they were 3.5.
