January Days

Well the new year is here and we might finally get some bad winter weather this Sunday night. I didn't know if it would ever happen. So how are we celebrating? We're off to Creative Playthings tomorrow morning to look at swing sets for the kids!

Now that January is here we have ended Justin's naps. When he has a nap he stays up until after 10pm. So no more naps and now he's going to sleep before 8:45. Yeah! Justin is very 3 right now. He's testing us in many areas. He's still a real sweet kid though. He still prefers to not poop on the potty. But things are better now that I stopped fighting him. I told him it's ok for now for him to poop in his pull-up or diaper. I'll take it if he stops pooping in his undies.
Justin's favorite things right now are his tools (he talks about them by name now like Handy Manny), his playmobile and all of his cars and trucks. He also loves to cut paper with scissors and to play with tape. Such fun.




Sarah is doing well. Cute as ever. But sometimes cuteness gets annoying after a while. Anytime she gets a snack she yells for a "POON!" Yup. She wants a spoon for everything. It is annoying. But it is cute to see her eating pretzels from a spoon.
Sarah's favorite things right now are all things Diego and Dora. She wants to watch them all the time. And yes I mean ALL THE TIME!
